After breakfast, travel to Udaipur and visit the sacred Tripura Sundari Temple (Matabari), believed to be the spot where Goddess Sati’s right foot fell as Lord Shiva performed the Tandava.
Once Darshan is complete, drive to Chabimura and enjoy a boat ride on the Gomati River to explore the old rock statues of Devtamura Hills (Don't forget to take photos).
Then, see the 20-foot-high rock-cut statue of Devi Chakrakma (Mahisasurmardini Durga), with snakes in her hair, located above the river. It is around 500–600 years old.
If you are adventurous, you can go for a 200-meter trek to Chabimura Cave. It’s not recommended for elderly people or small children.
Explore Neermahal Water Palace, located on Rudrasagar Lake. Take a boat ride to see its stunning architecture. Fun fact- It’s the largest water palace in India and perfect for photos.
Next, go to Sepahijala Wildlife Sanctuary to see different animals, especially the unique monkeys. You can also see rare birds (Closed on Friday).
Return to Agartala in the evening and explore Purbasha Handicrafts Emporium, where you can find beautiful bamboo, cane, and handmade items. Overnight stay in Agartala.
