The road from Delhi to Nainital is mostly good. You’ll drive on smooth highways, see beautiful scenery, and notice some hills as you get closer to Nainital. Traffic can get heavy on weekends.
The best time to visit from Delhi is between October and June when the weather is pleasant and there’s no heavy rain. You can also enjoy snow in winter, but drive carefully as roads may be slippery during snowfall.
Jeep safaris in Jim Corbett timings are from 6:00–9:00 AM and 2:30–6:00 PM so plan your visit accordingly. Keep the park clean, avoid smoking, fires, loud music and use headphones for audio.
Both options are available. Choose a private safari if you want more comfort and privacy while exploring the park.
In Nainital you can enjoy boating, trekking, cable car rides, paragliding, horse riding and nature walks for an exciting adventure.
The road distance from Delhi to Jim Corbett National Park is about 255 km, which takes around 5–6 hours by car that depends on traffic.
