Delhi → Kurukshetra → Yamunanagar → Haridwar → Delhi
After arrival in Delhi, pickup is arranged and the journey starts towards Kurukshetra. The drive is comfortable and mostly on highway roads. On reaching Kurukshetra, short visits are made to a few important religious places. By evening, the journey continues to Yamunanagar, where the night halt is planned to allow an early start for the Yamuna snan next morning.

Overnight Stay: Yamunanagar
The day begins early with a visit to the banks of River Yamuna for holy bathing and ritual prayers, which hold special importance during Yamuna Pushkaralu. After completing the rituals, the journey continues towards Haridwar. On arrival, there is time to rest before heading out in the evening for Ganga snan and the Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. A visit to Brahma Kund is also included.

Practical Note: Haridwar becomes crowded during the evening aarti. Elderly travelers should move slowly and keep buffer time.
Overnight Stay: Haridwar
After breakfast, local sightseeing in Haridwar is planned, covering a few well-known temples. Later, the drive back to Delhi begins. Arrival in Delhi by evening, followed by drop at the airport or railway station, marking the end of the journey.

The festival called Yamuna Pushkaralu 2026 will be held between June 2, 2026, and June 13, 2026.
Yamuna Pushkaram is the festival of River Yamuna that is usually held every twelve years. This festival is celebrated during a period of approximately twelve days during the period which Jupiter enters into KarkaRashi.
