Guidelines For Passengers

• Carry all necessary travel documents, including ID proof. Foreign travelers must carry their passports.
• Be at the helipad at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure
• Keep in mind that these holy sites are located at high altitudes, and unexpected weather changes are common, so prepare accordingly.
• It is not advisable for folks suffering from breathing problems or any other health issues to opt for Char Dham Yatra. We are not liable for any medical emergency on the ground for the traveling party.
• You are required to be mentally and physically to partake in the Chardham Yatra by Helicopter 2025
• We will also provide an oxygen bottle when asked during the trip
• Woolen clothes and thermal inners are recommended even during the summer months, especially during the nighttime
• Dress appropriately for the pilgrimage, keeping in mind the cultural and weather considerations
• Be aware of baggage weight limits and pack accordingly to avoid inconvenience
• Stay hydrated and inform the crew of any medical conditions in advance
• Remain seated with your seatbelt fastened throughout the flight

• We will inform you beforehand about the quality of the accommodation at the time of booking your travel. You are advised to set realistic expectations for accommodation quality in remote areas.
• Kindly limit baggage to 5 kg/ passenger due to the limited space in helicopters
• We will treat all passengers over the age of 2 years as full-fare individuals
• There are no discounts for children and senior citizens applicable to the package
• Total passenger weight should not exceed over 420 kg for six passengers. No refund will be provided in case of deboarding due to excessive weight
• Your traveling party might be split due to weight considerations at certain points in the journey.
• We reserve the right to adjust flight schedules based on weather or unforeseen events, with any additional costs to be covered by the passengers

Ans: The Chardham Yatra by helicopter is subject to weather conditions and may be delayed or rescheduled. We reserve the right to reschedule the flight due to the same. However, our team will notify the passengers of the changes as soon as possible.

Ans: It is advised that passengers be mentally and physically fit to take part in the Chardham Yatra by Helicopter. Please inform us of any prior medical conditions at the time of booking your trip. You must also carry the necessary medications and consult your doctor before making any plans.

Ans: Passengers are allowed to carry a luggage bag with them for their travels. It should not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 5 kg. We will also advise you to carry handbags as suitcases are not allowed on helicopters.

Ans: Our Chardham Yatra by Helicopter allows a group of 6 passengers to travel on a trip. Passengers may be divided into groups for helicopter transfers due to weight balance requirements. A private booking is dependent on the availability of the flight.
