    As the morning bell rings, you will get up and assemble in the yoga room to practice shat karma and pranayama. An experienced yoga guru will teach you how to perform both these yoga poses. After the yoga session, you will practice meditation for around an hour. Mediation is the best way to deepen your understanding of the mystical forces of life. As you meditate, you’ll learn how to reflect on your thoughts and reduce your anxiety and stress. After this, you’ll practice vinyasa flow yoga, wherein you learn about the importance of mind-body wellness. During Vinyasa yoga, a seamless flow is created between poses, focusing on the connection between movement and breath. This style helps in enhancing flexibility, building strength and fostering mindfulness. After this, you’ll have a nutritious breakfast to reenergize yourself. The breakfast will comprise many healthy options that you can select as per your preference.

    Post breakfast, you’ll relax for a while and enjoy the scenic surroundings. You’ll have some free time after breakfast, so you can either take a short nap or visit the nearby attractions.
