• Day 01: Delhi - Arrival - India Gate - President’s House

  On the first day, you will arrive in Delhi, India’s bustling capital. After arrival, our representative will greet you and make all the arrangements to transfer you to your pre-booked hotel. Check in to your hotel and relax for some time to get away from the stress of the tour. Freshen up and embark on Delhi’s sightseeing tour. You will first visit the India Gate which is also called the India War Memorial. India Gate is a monument that has been built as a tribute to the martyrs who lost their lives during World War I. Marvel at the beauty of this monument and stroll through its sprawling lawns. You will then visit the President's House and Parliament House, located at the Raisina Hills. You will appreciate the beauty of these iconic landmarks and learn how they serve as India's democratic governance’s epicenter. In the evening you will head back to your hotel and have a tasty dinner. Post dinner you will have a relaxing sleep in your room.

• Day 02: Delhi - Half-Day Local Tour to Humayun’s Tomb & Qutub Minar - Varanasi (2 Hrs by flight, 800 KM)

  On the second day of your trip, you will embark on a mind-invigorating journey through the famous cultural and historical landmarks of Delhi. Enjoy a delicious breakfast and then embark on an exploration of Delhi’s popular landmarks such as the Raj Ghat which is dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. People gather around this memorial to pay homage to the great leader as you reflect on his profound impact on India's struggle for independence. After that, you will visit Red Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its breathtaking architecture. It served as the Mughal emperors' residence for more than two hundred years.

  After appreciating the grandeur of Red Fort you will head to the Jama Masjid that lies adjacent to this fort and is the largest mosque in India. Jama Masjid is one of the finest examples of Mughal architecture. Soak in this site’s spiritual ambiance and admire its minarets, domes, and marble courtyard. The next destination covered in the tour is the Qutub Minar, the world’s tallest brick minaret constructed by Qutubuddin Aibak, Delhi’s first sultan. This architectural marvel testifies to the rich heritage of Delhi. After the exploration of Qutub Minar, you will head to Humayun's Tomb which has been built in Mughal architectural style. Explore the lush green gardens and admire the eye-catching design of this mausoleum. The design of the Taj Mahal is inspired by Humayun's Tomb.

  After the day-long sightseeing tour, you will be transferred to the airport from where you will catch your flight to Varanasi. After arriving at Varanasi, you will be transferred to your hotel and you will complete the check-in formalities. Enjoy a scrumptious dinner and have an overnight stay at your hotel.

• Day 03: Varanasi – Boat Ride - Sarnath Sightseeing – Bodhgaya (6 Hrs, 300 KM)

  Wake up early in the morning to witness the enchanting Subah-e-Banaras. This is a ritual that unfolds along the River Ganges. You will enjoy an early morning boat ride, gliding gently along the waters and catching the surreal views of nature. As you undertake the boat ride you will get a chance to experience the charm of Varanasi's famous ghats that stand as a testament to centuries of traditions, devotion, and rituals. Marvel at the scenic Ghats like the Manikarnika Ghat, Harishchandra Ghat, Assi Ghat, and Tulsi Ghat. Manikarnika Ghat is the most sacred and oldest ghat in Varanasi. It is the holiest destination for Hindu cremation, where the deceased’s mortal remains are cremated as per funeral rites in Hinduism.

  After the boat ride you will return to your hotel and have a delicious breakfast. Post breakfast, you will head to Sarnath which is an important pilgrimage site for the Buddhists. You’ll explore the prominent attractions of Sarnath that will guide you on a path of spiritual awakening and enlightenment. You will first visit the Buddha Temple, a sacred space for meditation and introspection allowing you to learn about the teachings of Buddha. Next, you will visit the Dhamekha Stupa which is a symbol of Buddhist faith. It was constructed by Emperor Ashoka to commemorate the teachings of Buddha and spread the message of Buddhism. You’ll then visit the Chaukhandi Stupa which marks the spot where Lord Buddha met his first disciples. Next, you will visit the Mulagandha Kuti Vihara which houses murals and relics depicting Buddha's teachings and life. The last pitstop of the day will be the Archaeological Museum where you can see a huge collection of sculptures and artifacts dating back to the Maurya and Gupta periods.

  As the day comes to an end, you will say goodbye to Sarnath and embark on a picturesque drive to Bodhgaya, where Buddha attained enlightenment. After arriving in Bodhgaya you’ll check in to your hotel and have a tasty dinner. Have an overnight stay at your hotel.

• Day 04: Bodhgaya – Bodhi Tree & Mahabodhi Temple - Sujata Village Temple & Dungeshwari Caves

  On the fourth day, you’ll explore the famous landmarks of Bodhgaya that are considered sacred in Buddhism. After a hearty breakfast, you will head to visit the Mahabodhi Temple, the site of Gautam Buddha’s enlightenment. Around twenty-five hundred years ago Gautam Buddha attained enlightenment under the Bodhi Tree which is an important part of the temple. It is an architectural masterpiece dotted with sculptures, intricate carvings, and inscriptions that reflect the spiritual and artistic achievements of ancient India. It was built to commemorate Buddha’s enlightenment in the sixth century AD. Once you have soaked in the spiritual vibes of the Mahabodhi Temple, you will head back to your hotel and have a luscious lunch.

  In the afternoon, you’ll head to Gaya and visit the Dungeshwari Cave Temples. These temples hold immense historical prominence as Siddhartha Gautama engaged in ascetic practices and meditation before attaining enlightenment at this spot. These caves were inhabited by Siddhartha during his penance years, making them a vital part of the spiritual journey of Gautam Buddha. You will also visit the Sujata Village Temple, a sacred destination associated with an act of generosity and kindness shown by Lady Sujata towards Siddhartha Gautama. She offered kheer to Lord Buddha before he attained enlightenment. This humble act inspires visitors to cultivate these qualities in their own lives.

  As the day comes to an end, you will head back to your hotel and have a lip-smacking dinner. Post dinner you’ll have a comfortable sleep in your room.

• Day 05 – Bodhgaya – Drop at Bodhgaya Railway Station/Airport

  Relish a tasty breakfast and then you will be transferred to Bodhgaya Railway Station/Airport. You will return back to your hometown with happy memories of the trip.
