• Day 01: Patna – Nalanda (100 KM, 3 Hr) – Rajgir (12 KM, 1/2 Hr)

  You will first arrive at Patna Railway Station/Airport and meet our dedicated tour representative who will make all the arrangements for a hassle-free transfer to your vehicle. You’ll be transferred to Rajgir from Patna. En route, you will stop by Nalanda University, an ancient learning center that flourished between the fifth and twelfth centuries. Learn about the rich history of this Buddhist education center that is now in ruins. After the exploration of the ruins of Nalanda University, you will to the Nalanda Archaeological Museum, where you can see a huge collection of artifacts found while excavating this site. The museum offers an insight into ancient India’s rich cultural heritage. You will also visit the Xuan Zang Memorial which was built in honor of Xuan Zang, a Chinese scholar and traveler who played a huge role in the distribution of Buddhist teachings.

  Once you arrive at Rajgir you’ll be transferred to your Swiss tent or hotel. Complete your check-in formalities and relax. In the evening you will be taken to the Rajgir Festival Ground, where you can enjoy some of the best cultural programs. • Day 02: Rajgir – Local Sightseeing – Cyclopean Wall - Saptaparni Caves – Griddhakuta (Vulture’s Peak)

  Savor a delicious breakfast in the morning and then get ready to explore the local attractions that symbolize the rich Buddhist heritage of the region. You’ll start your spiritual exploration with the Saptaparni Cave, the first Buddhist site where the first Buddhist meeting took place after the nirvana of Lord Buddha. Marvel at the breathtaking architecture and formation of these caves. Next, you will head to the Cyclopean Wall which is the perfect place to learn about Rajgir's rich past. After this, you will head to the Vishwa Shanti Stupa which symbolizes global peace and brotherhood and is an ideal spot for reflection. After this blissful exploration, you will visit the Ashokan Stupa, Swarn Bhandar, Griddhakuta Hills (Vulture's Peak), and Maniyar Math. These attractions offer insights into the rich Buddhist legacy. • Day 03: Rajgir - Rajgir Dance Festival – Full Day cultural activity

  The third day of your trip includes a full-day immersion into the region’s rich traditions and culture with a special emphasis on the Rajgir Dance Festival. You’ll savor a scrumptious breakfast in the morning and then you will head to the Rajgir Dance Festival ground, where you can see some of the best performances by well-known and local artists. The Rajgir Dance Festival celebrates the diverse music and dance forms that are an essential part of the culture of India. See heart-touching performances, including soulful musical programs and folk dances of Bihar. Witness classical dance forms like Kathak, Kathakali, Bharatnatyam, Kuchipudi, Odissi, and more. You’ll then stroll by the Handicraft Stalls which is a mecca for the shoppers. Here talented local artisans showcase their products. You can buy unique handcrafted items and souvenirs that reflect the region’s artistic heritage.

• Day 04 – Rajgir – Bodhgaya (Drop to Railway Station/Airport)
