The Puja is performed in the temple complex. Gath Bandhan means sacred bond of togetherness. Married couples are seen as a divine union, symbolizing the sacred bond of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. In this puja, a sacred red ribbon is tied at the top of Baba Baidyanath which is connected to Devi Parvati in the Shakti Peeth.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rudrabhishek Puja<\/strong>&#8211; Worshipping the Rudra form of lord Shiva is highly auspicious to remove negative energies and ailments from life. In Rudrabhishek Puja, water is constantly poured on Shivling along with Vedic mantras by the priest.
